1. Information we collect
When you request an estimate, contact us, or schedule service, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, pickup ZIP code or service address, preferred date, item and load details, access information, notes, and photos you choose to upload. Our hosting and form systems may also create basic technical and security logs, such as request time, browser information, and IP address.
2. How we use information
We use this information to review and respond to estimate requests, communicate about appointments, plan labor and access, prepare quotes or invoices, provide requested services, process and document payments, prevent misuse, improve website reliability, and meet legal or business-record obligations.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, transmit form submissions and photos, send email, process payments, maintain business records, or provide the requested service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
4. Quote forms and uploaded photos
Quote submissions and uploaded photos are transmitted through third-party website and email-processing services so JunkLift can review the request. Please do not upload identification documents, payment-card numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or images unrelated to the requested pickup.
5. Payments
Payments may be completed through third-party payment processors. JunkLift does not need customers to submit full card or bank-account credentials through the estimate form. A payment provider’s own privacy terms apply when you use its service.
6. Cookies and website logs
The website may use essential technical storage and operational logs needed to load pages, protect forms, and maintain site reliability. This policy will be updated if additional analytics or advertising technologies are added.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for estimates, service records, payment documentation, customer support, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications. Service-related messages may still be necessary for an active request or appointment.
9. Children’s privacy
This website and JunkLift’s services are intended for adults arranging a property service. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
