A vague message such as “a few things” cannot be routed as quickly as clear photos, an accurate ZIP code, and exact access information. Send the complete job early rather than adding items after a time is discussed.
Availability depends on the current route, load size, material type, travel time, and labor—not only on whether a crew is working that day.

- Earliest and latest acceptable time
Smaller, ready jobs are easier to place
A prepared single-item pickup may fit an open route more easily than a full apartment or estate cleanout. Large jobs often require more truck capacity, labor, or a dedicated time window.
Do not split a large job into a misleading “small load.” Accurate scope protects the appointment from avoidable changes.
