Break the property into zones
Photograph the house, basement, garage, attic, yard, and shed as separate zones. A single image from the driveway rarely shows the full job.
List dense materials and unusually heavy items separately from ordinary household clutter.
- Interior rooms
- Basement or cellar
- Garage
- Yard and side path
- Attic or shed
Choose the best loading route
Explain whether the truck can enter the driveway, whether parked cars must be moved, and which entrance gives the shortest safe route.
Show cellar stairs, low ceilings, narrow side gates, or uneven outdoor paths that affect carrying.
- Driveway width and availability
- Side or rear entrance
- Basement stairs
- Gate and yard conditions
Separate what stays before pickup
Garages and basements often mix removal items with tools, storage, and family property. Mark the approved pile clearly and move valuables away from it.
For larger cleanouts, use room-by-room photos in the quote request.
